All negotiations, pricing, and orders take place off-site, directly between the parties after initial contact is made.

3. Buyer Terms

  • Buyers must register, provide accurate information, and be approved by the administrator before accessing full product details or submitting enquiries.

  • All product information is for reference only and subject to confirmation. Prices displayed are on an FOB (Freight On Board) basis unless otherwise stated. For other terms (LDP, Ex-Factory, etc.), contact us directly.

  • Once you make an enquiry, further negotiations, pricing, and deal closure will be handled directly with you via email or other contact methods.

  • All stocklots are subject to availability and confirmation from suppliers.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.

  • Any value-added services (custom packing, labelling, tickets, etc.) are subject to separate negotiation and agreement.

4. Supplier Terms

​

  • Suppliers must submit accurate and truthful information about their stocklots, including only original brands—no replicas or counterfeit goods.

  • We reserve the right to verify offers, request samples, and inspect lots before listing.

  • We may market your stocklots to buyers worldwide using the information and images you provide.

  • All negotiations and sales to buyers are handled off-site and are not the responsibility of the website.

5. General Terms

  • We reserve the right to approve or reject any buyer or supplier registration at our sole discretion.

  • We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in product information provided by suppliers.

  • All user interactions, negotiations, and transactions are conducted at your own risk. We act solely as an introductory platform.

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  • Supplier data (including images, stocklot details, company name, phone, email, and other personal/business info) is collected when you submit an offer. This data is used to verify offers, enable communication, and market stocklots to buyers. Your information is not shared publicly except as required to facilitate introductions or as required by law.

  • Buyer data (name, email, company, etc.) is collected on signup and during enquiries. Buyer profiles are only activated after manual approval by the administrator. Buyer data is used to manage access, respond to enquiries, and communicate offers.

  • Subscription data (name, email) is used to send you stocklot offers and updates as requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.​​​​​​​​
